Situated on a gently-arching Caribbean beach along Playa del Carmen, Sandos Caracol Eco Resort boasts serenely-decorated rooms and suites with private balconies or terraces, some also with sofa beds and Jacuzzis. Cool off at the water park featuring splash areas and 29 slides, recently expanded with seven new slides exclusively for teens and adults and five for children. Children ages four to 12 may enjoy supervised Kids Club activities while their parents snorkel in a cenote or unwind in the adult-only Select Club section. Evening live Xcalacoco Events teach about ancient Mayan life and regional history, culture and nature, and a variety of specialty dining restaurants are there to tempt guests, including vegetarian, Brazilian beef, and sushi options.

Exchange privileges between Sandos Caracol Eco Resort and Sandos Playacar Beach Resort. Guests of either property have access to the services and amenities of both properties. Limited day passes are available, day passes must be booked in advance, a la carte restaurants are not included in exchange, transportation between properties is not included. Additional restrictions apply, please contact hotel front desk for full details.

Water Park

Additional slides for kids, as well as the exclusive slides for teens and adults, have now been opened and all guests are able to enjoy the water fun with the entire family.

Kids always have a blast at the Sandos Caracol Eco resort water park, including the big kids too! The gigantic water slides are designed for teens and adult of which they can slide, swirl and twist their way down.
