Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% is payable upon your arrival and will be processed in our office. We accept VISA and MasterCard. Please request a receipt if required or your statement will be your receipt.
There is no on-site care-taker thus arrangements for accessing keys will be made with you in advance by phone or e-mail.
Check-In
Check-In time is 3 pm.
Check-Out
Check-Out time is 11 am.
These accommodations are non-smoking and we regret we do not accept pets. While smoking is not permitted in any of our units, you may smoke outside on sun decks, balconies and patios and use ashtray provided. Smoking in units may lead to additional fumigating charges.
Occupancy
If the number of guests in your party changes, please contact us in advance of your arrival.
Maid Service
Laundry & Cleaning services are not supplied during your stay. Please use on-site coin–op laundry facilities for fresh towels and bedding for long term stays. Please leave the unit as tidy as you found it. Unkept rental units may be subject to additional cleaning charges.
